Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States, from Georgia, by USPS.
Shipping rates
- USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail: shipping is calculated at checkout from your order’s weight and your ZIP code, using live USPS rates.
- Free shipping on orders of $50 or more.
- Large items (larger plaques, frames and perpetual plaques, marked “Large item” in the listing) don’t qualify for free shipping and are charged the USPS rate shown at checkout.
Production time
Each item is engraved to order. Orders with names and text ship within 3–5 business days. If your order includes a logo or custom artwork, we’ll email you a proof first, and the 3–5 days start once you approve it. Custom orders (logos, custom artwork, several names, bulk quantities or special requests) can take longer, and the timing depends on the design and how many proof rounds it takes. If you need your order by a certain date, tell us before you order and we’ll let you know what’s possible. During the holiday season production can also take longer. You’ll get an email with tracking when your order ships.
Lost or damaged packages
If tracking shows no movement for 7 days, or your package arrives damaged, contact us and we’ll help, including a replacement for items damaged in transit. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout; we can’t redirect packages after they ship.
