How a bulk order works
- Email us the items you’re interested in, the quantities, and your deadline.
- Send your logo and the names or text for each piece. A simple spreadsheet works great for lists of names.
- We’ll reply with a quote and a production date, then email a free digital proof of your design.
- Once you approve the proof, we engrave every piece at our shop in Georgia, check it, and ship it.
Ask about volume pricing on larger orders. Because every order is different, we quote each one individually so you get an accurate price and a realistic ship date.

Questions about corporate engraved gifts
Can you engrave our logo?
Yes. A vector file (AI, EPS, SVG or PDF) gives the sharpest result, but a high-resolution PNG or JPG often works too. We’ll check your file and send a free proof before we engrave anything.
Can each piece have a different name?
Absolutely. Send us the list and we’ll engrave each item with its own name, title or date.
How long does a bulk order take?
It depends on the quantity and on stock for the items you choose. Tell us your deadline when you reach out, and we’ll confirm a production date with your quote.
Can I mix different items in one order?
Yes. Many customers combine awards with gifts, or order a few sizes of the same product. We’ll put it all on one quote.
