A name plate with holder is the office classic: a slim aluminum stand that tilts the plate toward visitors, with the name and title easy to read across the desk.

We laser engrave and cut a 1/16″ engraving plastic plate to fit, then slide it into the holder. The plate is easy to swap later if a title changes.

Sizes

• 2″ x 8″: best for a name and one short title
• 2″ x 10″: the most popular office size
• 2″ x 12″: room for a longer name, title or credentials

Holder finishes

Black, yellow gold, polished rose gold, polished silver or satin silver.

Plate colors

Choose a black plate with white lettering or a white plate with black lettering. Both are crisp, easy to read and match every holder finish.

Personalization

Most name plates have the name on the first line and a title, department or credentials on the second (for example, Dr. Maria Lopez, DDS). A small logo fits too. Ordering for an office? List every name and title in the instructions box, or email us a list.

How ordering works

First, choose your options and type the names, dates or message in the special instructions box. Then our team lays out simple text using clean, classic fonts; if you want a specific font or layout, just add a note. However, if you add a logo or custom artwork, we’ll email you a free digital proof first and start production once you approve it. Finally, we engrave every piece to order at our shop in Georgia and check it before it ships.
