Working with trophy column tubing

Column tubing sets the height and color of a column trophy. It slides between a base and a top piece (figure, riser or cup) and is held in place by the center rod. Columns can be cut to length with a fine-tooth saw or a tubing cutter, so one long column can make several shorter trophies.

• Measure the finished trophy height before cutting, and remember the base and figure add height.
• Use the same column on every trophy in a set so they line up on a shelf.
