Description
ADA substrate plastic, 1/16″
Substrate is the base layer of an ADA sign. Cut it to the sign size, then apply raised letters and pictograms cut from applique plastic. The 1/16″ thickness suits small signs and inserts.
Sheet sizes
Each color comes as a 12″ x 24″ sheet or a 24″ x 24″ sheet (some are 11 1/2″ or 23 1/2″ wide; the exact size is in the Size option). Sheets ship flat in a long box.
Tips
- Run a test cut on a scrap piece to dial in speed and power for each color.
- Keep the protective film on until after cutting to prevent smoke marks.
- Order 5 sheets of your most-used colors to save on cost per sheet.
