A magnetic name badge attaches in a second and won’t leave pin holes in scrubs, uniforms or nice blouses.

Each badge is cut from textured faux leather and has a strong magnet already attached to the back. We laser engrave the name right into the surface, so it turns a dark, crisp tone that stays readable all day and never peels or rubs off. Dental offices, medical and vet clinics, salons, banks, churches and restaurants use them because they look more polished than plastic, and the magnetic name badge is gentle on clothes.

Personalization

Each badge can have a different name. Most people choose a first name or first and last name, with a title or credentials on a second line (RN, DDS, Manager, Volunteer). We can also add your logo above or beside the name. Just list the names, and we’ll lay each badge out to fit.

Caring for your badge

Wipe it with a damp cloth. Keep the magnet away from pacemakers, credit cards and hotel key cards, and remove the badge before washing your clothes.

How ordering works

First, pick your shape and color, then set the quantity to the number of badges you need. Next, type every name in the names box, one badge per line, with a title or credentials if you like (for example: Sarah Jones, RDH). If you want your office or company logo on the badges, email it to sales@signaturelaserdesigns.com with your order number, and we’ll send a free digital proof before we engrave. Finally, we engrave every badge at our shop in Georgia and check the spelling against your list before it ships.
