Description

Two-color laser engraving plastic

Two-color engraving plastic has a thin cap layer over a contrasting core. The laser removes the cap and the core color shows through, so text and logos come out crisp with no paint fill. These sheets are the standard material for name badges, desk plates, door signs, control panel labels and small signs.

Each option name lists the cap and core colors (cap first), the finish and the thickness. Laser XT sheets are listed separately from Indoor sheets in the option names.

Sheet sizes

Each color comes as a 12″ x 24″ sheet or a 24″ x 24″ sheet (some are 11 1/2″ or 23 1/2″ wide; the exact size is in the Size option). Sheets ship flat in a long box.

Tips

  • Run a test cut on a scrap piece to dial in speed and power for each color.
  • Keep the protective film on until after cutting to prevent smoke marks.
  • Order 5 sheets of your most-used colors to save on cost per sheet.
